Pai Skincare Rosehip Oil

 Pai is one of those brands that has been around for a little while and has always interested me but I never quite got around to actually trying. The brand's famous Rosehip Oil was recently included in one of Next's amazing-value beauty boxes, which gave me a great opportunity to try it out along with some other iconic beauty bits.

Why is Rosehip Oil beneficial for the skin?

Rosehip Oil is naturally very rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants and is great for a whole lot of skin concerns. It's basically a skincare all-rounder that brightens, conditions and clears while giving your complexion a lovely glow.

The Pai Rosehip Bioregenerate Oil is an iconic product for a reason- a process called supercritical extraction is used to obtain a mix of fruit and seed oils, resulting in a potent, pure product that stays fresh longer. It’s this special process that gives the Pai Rosehip Oil that rich, deep, luxurious orange hue.

Suitable for practically every skin type, the rich oil contains Omegas 3, 6, 7 and 9, which work to nourish, add glow, tackle dullness, plump fine lines and target pigmentation. The oil is also used on spots and blemishes to help along the healing process. It really is a do-it-all skincare product that pretty much everyone will benefit from.

Pai recommend using oils before bed and creams in the morning but you can obviously use the oil whenever you fancy. Just massage a couple of drops onto freshly cleansed, still-damp skin or add a little to your night creams to supercharge them.

I love the thick yet silky feel of the oil on my skin – it’s like a nice warm blanket in this cold weather and I know I’ll get a lot of use out of it. I have tried a few different Rosehip Oils in my time and this one is probably my favourite. I’m seeing some improvement in my pregnancy pigmentation which could be down to the oil or could just be a natural process – either way I’m going to continue to use this to the last drop.
